Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Failure to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to departure time either by telephone of email will result in your credit card/Cash being charged the full amount of the selected trip. Please call +971588224410 and refer to the confirmation booking provided. If the trip is cancelled by Beach Riders for any reason, your credit card/Cash will be refunded the full amount. Same day / Time Booking will not be cancelled full payment of the trip will be charged.

Weather Policy:

Beach Riders will not depart in unsafe weather conditions. The Captain will assess the weather and should the Captain determine that the conditions are unsafe to run the tour, the tour may be postponed or it will be canceled. Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour during your stay. If you are unable to re-schedule your tour, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip.
